NARRATIVE
Demke was traveling eastbound at an as of yet undetermined high rate of speed. The vehicle drifted off the roadway going into the median at which time Demke overcorrected the vehicles steering to the right. The vehicle came back onto the roadway going to the far right lane on the eastbound side. Demke then over corrected the steering back to the left which then caused the vehicle to roll several times. During the rollover maneuver Neil, who was not wearing a seat belt, was totally ejected from the vehicle.

Demke was transported by ground ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs. He has since been transported by Airmed to University Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
